So on top I have the model of Shantae, and on the bottom I have the first attempt/experiment/try at making it look like a drawing! it needs tweaks I know, I just did a quick 5 minutes thing, but I'll work on it later and look around for more ideas to make my project come through!
Wow, this really does look like a drawing! Is this a straight filter of your model, or did you use photoshop to add lines?
ReplyDeleteI used both, actually! I made 4 different Zbrush renders with different shaders to stack them on top of each other and give it the whole cartoon look. Then! I went to photoshop and painted some lines here and there, mostly the ones inside the model for the outlines came from one of the previous renders.

Very nice, I am really digging the style. nice use of shapes to give her a cartoon/stylized look. Can't wait to see it when it's done.
