An old sorceress or witch. I wanted to do something very different, but I realized two things: I somehow can't make beautiful girl faces on cue regardless of what I've posted before, and that I suck so much at sculpting hair and I've no idea how to fix either. People tell me sculpt more of those, but if I suck now and I sculpt more I'll only suck the same amount cause I'd be doing the same! =p
Anyway!
im doing a digital painting of an gypsy woman, I'll have to show you when its done, just weird that you happened to post this. Yeah I think the slow way to learn is to keep plowing thru things your doing wrong until you figure out how to make it right, the faster way is to go find one thats done right and copy it and try to emulate it to find out what makes it look the way it does. thats my 2 cents.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. I've found one very specific project that I really like and would KILL to be able to make that one on cue for all my female character faces! I'll have to study it and see if I can uncover it's secrets!
