APPEND a polymesh sphere -- and dynamesh it.
move it roughly into shape using Move brush.
Then using mostly the ClayBuildup and Dam_Standard brushes, draw "locks" of hair.
Use CurveTube and SnakeHook bushes to add wisps and curls. Delete curves and use Move brush to move unmasked curls into place.
Some TLC needed with ClayBuildup and Pinch brushes after this to refine, but I hope you get the picture. :)
The claybuildup brush is... fascinating! omg thanks for the video! I really needed this! it's pretty amazing and I can learn a lot from it.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to be sculpting hair for a while. I can tell that I need a lot of background experience on design, shape and form before giving a good use to this, but I can work with that! really good stuff, thanks again! =p
